Subway

Ivy, i think is her name, the lady with dreads or braids, must either had a bad morning, or just unhappy w/ her job. Zero customer service from her. No greeting customers as they come in, just straight “What you want?!” in an irritated tone! She also spent a good 15 minutes wiping down a small machine while her other coworker simultaneously made 5 subs by herself. The line got really long and instead of stopping what she was doing to jump on the line and help make subs, she stayed wiping down nothing on the little meat cutter. I know cuz i was watching her do it the whole time i was in line. Not a single crumb, just stayed wiping nothing while her one coworker handled all the customers!

12/26/25 around 11:00AM the most rudest darker skin lady working. She had the worst attitude when talking to me… so rude that the ladies behind me also noticed how rude she was. subway, you need to double check who you guys are hiring cause she had the worst customer service i don’t even wanna come to this location anymore. however, the darker skin boy working that rung me up was nice and had good customer service, maybe the lady needs to take some notes from him because there was no reason for her to have an attitude with me.

Service was beyond horrible. I have been to this location many times and it really depends on who is working to determine whether the service will be good or not. I have the Host ID # of who was serving me: JRCV64B5D25Wz569. A tall boy, broad shoulders served me. He was the one assembling the veggies of my sandwich. I went in with my mom and she asked for "Hot honey sauce" which is a sauce requirement for 2 of the sandwiches on their menu. She got what was left of the bottle and I was next; I asked if they had more and the worker looked at the bottle and said no. I asked him again if he was sure about that and he rudely said no again. Okay fine, I moved on. I was asking for my veggies and when I asked for onions - I asked for a little more (on my 6in by the way) He told me that he would no

Customer service is beyond horrible. Wouldn’t recommend

I came in a few days ago, sometime around last week. A worker justin made my order wrong so another worker had to remake it, then he was giving lots of attitude to me & his co worker, swearing at the worker. I’m sure their all friendly to eachother but it seem like he had a lot hatred to that particular person, Please make sure the workers know what their actually doing.
