Sandwich of the day online of this location didn't match what employee was stated so they charged me full price. And meatballs on meatball sub was not cooked throughly. Didn't realize until it was to late so if I get sick or stomach pains of bacteria or food Bourne illness from this I will definitely report thru hospital and proper channels.

This particular restaurant is one of the best in the city. This place is always on point. I've been eating here for 7 years. Lunch breaks and dinner sandwiches, excellent!!! I love this place.

The quality of food is in compromised but in times of customer service is nowhere to be seen. I literally had to wait 5 to 10 minutes before someone could actually acknowledge that I was actually there. Then when that person finally acknowledges me they came out with an attitude, I asked for a protein bowl and the whole time that person that treated me like an inconvenience, this woman slammed the protein bowl on the table in front of me and through the rest of the stacked bowls across the counter behind her. I can accept if I was responsible for the hostility that she had built within but that was not the case. I simply just told her that I was okay and walked out the door, then I also came back in to see whether or not I can get the corporate number and she told me that she didn't know i

Overall, a good Subway. Normally online/app orders are ready on time and everything is made correctly. One concern is that this location seems to be more and more regularly running out of lettuce. In the past month at least 2-3 times I’ve tried ordering on the app and it shows lettuce as out of stock.

MAJOR props to the girl working at noon on 12/13/2025. This place was absolutely slammed and she was the only person working. We honestly expected our sandwiches to be pretty bad because of how busy it was, but these were the best sandwiches we’ve had from a subway. They were STUFFED and had so much dressing on them. This girl needs a raise!!!!
