Extremely disappointed with our online order. The food came out poorly, and the staff was some of the strangest and least helpful we’ve dealt with. Service was rough from start to finish. We won’t be ordering from here again. Very Lazy.

Went in to grab some food and enjoy it at the restaurant, the employee that had a name badge by Jose was incredibly rude, made our sandwiches super sloppy. Was so unpleasant and uncomfortable we decided to take our sandwiches and eat at home instead. Won’t be returning to this location.

The guy helping us literally told me to hurry up while I was deciding what I wanted on my sandwich. We had just got to the vegetable part. Very unprofessional and very disappointed. Then left our sandwiches open after and wrapped them up so now my sandwich is everywhere. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

This was actually the worst experience I have ever seen in my life not only was the guy rude to me and this lady next to me he was throwing a fit of some sort I’m not sure if he was having a bad day but that’s no excuse to be slamming and throwing things down. I am actually shocked and then to top it off the food tasted old and bland. So after all that my money is wasted put me in a sour mood and my tummy hurts. Never going here again

The experience that we had was awful and I cannot recommend this restaurant. The gal that served us was contrary and was on the defense even without any opposition from us. Not only was she rude to me and my family but to the guy behind us as well. If I could give this location an overall score of zero I would. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other Subway in Jerome and you'll probably have a better than sub par experience.
