went to pick up my mobile order only to be told somebody picked it up and they showed "verification" for my order on their device. was told by the manager there was nothing they could do and that this "happens all the time." genuine incompetence, will be contacting corporate because how do you let this happen "all the time" without putting some verification system in place?
We went to eat subway we order 2 footlong lady was on phone making my order and she charge $ 30:68 for that is way too much and I went to other Walmart subway in Woodbury NJ they charge $22:36 so how that Clements bridge Walmart can charge 8+ more in same stuff I want to put this complain to head quarter Subway that’s why subways business are going down Please I don’t mind to pay it’s about you principle of business and fair with customers this is 1 st and last time I will go this place
Cut the meat fresh my azz, that slicer is for show. Where's the meat????? $13 for this, I could have made better sandwiches for the house for that price.....NEVER, EVER AGAIN. FOOLED ME ONCE
I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The employee who served me was extremely rude and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers. They were impatient when I asked her to wrap the footlong in two different wraps she literally refused and said its gonna cost extra, and they made me feel rushed and uncomfortable during the entire ordering process. To make matters worse, the sandwich was poorly made — ingredients were thrown together carelessly, and the veggies were stale. The bread literally crumbled. It’s unacceptable to treat customers like an inconvenience. I hope management addresses this behavior, because customer service like this reflects poorly on the entire brand.
Coffee tops don't fit...that can turn out to be a bad situation .....I mentioned to the server ...she should not be serving coffee if the tops don't fit ...at least mention it to customer.smh...also tables are wobbly....coffee everywhere ...
