Subway

We love this location because it's on our way home and the food is still hot when we get home. The problem is when we order from the app and pick up, there is ALWAYS a problem, especially if we order double meat. Then when you call, they argue with you. If the customer service was better it would make the stealing of our money at least tolerable.

I had put in a mobile order into this location and got there and it wasn't done, I waited patiently while this young lady finished the order, but while I was waiting I saw a young gentleman (maybe early 20s or late teens) push down the trash can with gloves on, pick something up off the ground, and then pick up a block of cheese with the same gloves on, cheese they intended sell. I can't help but think what other disgusting things are happening where customers can't see. Disappointing.

Ordered subway thru door dash tonight and everything was fine until I opened the 3rd sandwich of a 60 dollar order. I had ordered double meat and as you can see from this picture, there is no meat. We also didn't receive our chips but I wasn't going to sweat that. I called up to the store and Laura was very nice and asked me if I wanted to come up and get another sandwich. I said of course and went to subway. I don't know what happened in that 12 minute drive but when I arrived I was surprised there was no sandwich. Laura proceeds to act like I was lying about no meat and was givinge issue over it. Then at one point she says..well I'll do it this time but never again. I left the store because that was crossing the line. That sandwich cost me 20 bucks of the 60 and I never even got to taste

Amanda makes the best sammiches! Kim and Karleigh are decent too.

Not sure what has happened at this location, but service and quality of the sandwiches have gone way downhill. I go out of my way to come to this location regularly because of the previous good service, but will find another location to frequent.
