Subway

I placed an online order through the Subway app at 2:00pm EST. I walk into the restaurant and the rudest staff person starts notifying customers who have been patiently waiting for acknowledgment that “she has no meat and she cannot take orders.” I notify her of my online order and then she again rudely dismisses me saying she “has no meat” and when I ask her how to resolve the issue with the online order she claims there is nothing she could do since not done through them. She further states that I could call the number in the receipt and/or do it online but o cancel the order. When I advised her that there is nothing number on the receipt (other than the store number ) and no such option existed in the subway app - she again had no response and continued to say “there was nothing she cou

Coupon users beware . This location the register doesn't except them when scanned. So don't embarrass yourself . They will not honor it . I went to Madison no problem.

I order a Protein bowl which is an foot long into a Salad. Today I order the outlaw which is 2x the cheese. I received only 2 Slices of cheese and the meat for a 6in sub but I was charged for a foot. So there for I was over charged and the lady said can not do anything. So watch what you order and pay for from here

I was not the customer, but witnessed the following interaction while visiting the store that convinced me not to eat here in the future, as I have in the past. Just last night, 8/6/25 a customer went to the counter about 10 minutes before closing and asked for a meatball sub. The subway representative told the customer that the register had already been closed and she would not be serving him. I could not believe this as I have worked in the industry before and we start shutdown procedure AT closing! And NOT before! She was simply being lazy and didn't want to either stay later, or just flat put refusing to serve the customer! I guess that's why the store is in such a run down state, because clearly no one here understands customer service.

11:48am on a Friday, I go in and there's someone eating subway in the restaurant. The lights are off. Employees are in the back. An Employee comes to the door and see's me at the counter, says nothing and goes back. I asked the store clerk and she said when the light is off they're closed. The low rating is for the employee who looked at me & left me standing there with no explanation. Subway can have good service in some locations but this isn't one of them.
