Subway

I ordered on Italian herbs and cheese. None. I asked for toasted. Not! All off the toppings looked wilted and old. I didn't put what I wanted on it because they looked terrible. Also they mangled my bread. White because they didn't have the one I wanted. Worst sandwich I have received from this store

This Subway is in a hearts gas station. Most of the time it exceeds expectations. This is a small little town and it is the only fast food restaurant for miles around. 99 percent of the time my sandwiches or whatever I'm ordering is perfect. Like I've seen them actually caring about the sandwiches that they're making. Having said that though, they do from time to time run out of ingredients in which case I just don't eat there. There's only been once or twice that I have been there that they didn't have something that I wanted. It did make me feel good to know that if they had a problem with the heater or something that they would make you wait to have your meatballs cooked separately, which just says to me that they are concerned about getting their customer sick which is very important.

They had four trays of bread sitting there and said that they couldn't use it because it was too fresh and just came out of the oven. I told them that fresh bread sounded good. They said no I can't use it I would get fired.

The food was good and the worker was nice but as the worker was making the sandwich there was a little kid wondering in the back. He then came to the front and was touching the oven. There should not be a kid where my food is being prepared and I'm pretty sure there are some dangerous equipment in the restaurant. Looks like bad management to me.

A member of our family has an allergy to lettuce. I told the workers about this and stressed that NOTHING could even touch the lettuce. They did an AMAZING job of taking this into account when making our sandwich platters. They changed gloves, washed the boards, labled all the boxes and even put sandwich paper in between the lettuce box and the other veggie trays. My family and I were so impressed by their attention to detail and caring for our family member. We will definitely use them again for our catering needs! Great job!
