Excellent roast beef sandwich on Italian Herb & Cheese bread! Update 21 August 2024: food is still great, but shrinkflation apoears to have shrunken the size of the standard sandwich bread. Employees appear to be possibly mute... I had to initiate the order with no offer from the personnel to help me... just a blank stare. Almost identical to what I have experienced at the local McDonalds.

Some folks do NOT take pride at subway in making sandwiches they don't put everything on them you pay for and don't really listen to us when you go thru drive thru they just hurry up and get it out regardless what's on it and what it looks like you end up wearing half the sandwich before it's done with so come on folks take pride in what you are doing please the customers and more will come back

Used the Drive Thru. Ordered a foot long meatball, provolone, black olive sub, got pepperoni, green peppers, red onion, in tomato sauce. BLEEECH. Tried to call no answer. It's all good, will not be back ever!!!

This place should be the model for all Subway's! (Hint Hint Midwest city/Okc Air Depot) This establishment looks like 2025 with the 1998 flavor and fresh!! Staff so awesome! This is how it's done..period.

The Hugo location has improved dramatically since its change of ownership. The facility is clean, the employees are very nice and friendly, and the food is great. My only complaint is the fact that we get coupons in the mail, and they won't accept most of them. There are great deals, but if we can't use them, it will potentially limit visits.
