Subway

Let me be clear, the service was excellent. The store was spotless, very clean. But 14 dollars for a large roast beef sub and you only get 4 slices of roast beef is insanity. I will never return with portions to price like that

I went to this location recently and it was good. Went again and this time it was a horrible experience. Store was freezing cold and the girl behind the counter was wearing a winter coat. No wheat bread, no pickles, no cucumbers, no ice in soda machine. Our subs got cold as the employee chatted with a family member which we thought wasn't very good customer service. We got our toasted subs and they were cold and the bread was rock hard and stale. I opened up my sub to push all the vegetables back into it as they were all falling out and found a big hair in my sub wrapper. Went back in to let them know that there was a hair in my sub and her response was "how?" No apology or any intent to make it right. Will not be returning!

The person who served me was extremely good and thoughtful. I am vegetarian and I have a service dog as well. When she saw my service dog she offered to get him some water. Which I appreciated and when she made my sub she made sure that the space was clean and there wasn't any meat on the surface and made sure to switch her gloves as well. Which yet again I really appreciated it and this experience has really made my day. Best subway ever, definitely go to this one 😁.

He made my order correct and was amazing!

She stated she was the owner. Absolutely awful service. Ordered a chicken teriyaki and she put what looks like chewed up old rotisserie chicken. Bread was stale. Had ask her to put lettuce 4 times. Worst subway I have ever been too.
