Subway

Terrible service! As soon as i came in i was rushed very rudely with a attitude from the old man with the beard working. I was the only one there and it was like a bother for me to be asking him to do his job. The produce in the display case was wilted in that very fresh. The store also had visible dirt and grime probably one of worst subways I've been to. Will not return!!

Absolutely horrible owner. Rude and disrespectful. Made an order for the subway club, and paid for extra bacon. My sandwich only had 2 slices of roast beef and 2 slices of ham on the whole foot long! Ther was NO cheese and there was NO turkey and I only had 1 slices of small bacon on the whole foot long and only 2 cucumbers! Tried calling the guy brushed me off then hung up. Went down to the location and said its out of his hands he cant refund and its not his problem. They cannot and do not make sandwiches, all you're greatting is an expensive piece of bread with a hint of meat and toppings. Completely rude, disrespectful and no customer service at all. Absolutely the worst subway store I’ve ever been to. My sandwiches had the bare minimum of what you can even call toppings and barely any meat. I called to tell them what happened and was hung up on 3 times before finally they answered and spoke to me. Upon answering the phone the man tells me that whoever made my order had left for the day. He then tells me he is busy and will call me back in 10 minutes. I ask him to take down my phone number and he says he has it so I ask him what number he has and I get hung up on again. I go to the store 7 months pregnant and sick to show them why I am complaining because I never complain but for $20 I needed to stand up for myself. Ordered a BLT from uber eats and they put one slice of bacon on it. I paid for a bread with lettuce and mayo

I’m done giving this place chances. I always have to call ahead to tell them not to toast my sandwich even though you say don’t toast on the app. If I don’t call they will toast it every time. Well today I called and he says no problem and then gives me the wrong bread for both orders. This store is the worst subway by far, total incompetence!!!!!
