My wife visited this establishment on January 20, 2026 and was given the worst customer service ever, in fact she was refused service. She ordered eight wraps and requested them to be placed four each in separate bags. Well, the alleged manager couldn't understand she simple order and it went south from there. She refused to serve my wife and asked her to leave. Here is the thing, she gets paid for her shift that day, while the business loses revenue. Business owners need to watch these employees, because they're costing your business money. Customer service is one of the biggest issue nowadays, these employees wouldn't care less about the profit the business makes, but they gotta have that paycheck. You should make a portion of their salary commission based, to prevent poor customer

Today, I made the mistake of placing an online order 40 minutes away at this location since it was the last one I had ordered from. Upon realizing this, I immediately called and spoke with a very nice and helpful woman. She told me she would call her boss and see what we could do about a cancellation and refund as it wouldn’t be worth the 40 minute trip there just for the sandwich. She quickly called me back and let me know that her boss was on the way up there to void out my order and that my refund should be back on my card ASAP. The customer service was amazing and the fact that the boss drove up there on her off day to handle this for me was outstanding. They really didn’t even have to do anything as I am the one who made the mistake but they did and was so sweet about it. Thank yall a

Both employees left their noses exposed and out of their mask when dealing with customers and food. Clearly this business does not care about customer safety during this pandemic. The irony is that the door has a sign requiring masks... Shameful, just shameful...

Absolutely the best Subway in town. The gentleman who runs this store is always working and all of his produce & lunch meat is extremely fresh. I enjoy my food every time I shop at this location, and always get excellent customer service. Food - 10/10 Customer Service- 9.5/10 Cleanliness - 10/10

I love subway but this location was very disappointing. Old vegetables and very stingy with the meat.
