Usually very good, and good people working, but as of 10/21/21 I ordered off the app and did not receive everything I asked for. Please employees, read it thoroughly and again and again if need be. No spinach and wrong cheese. The 6 inch I had made by Anthony 2 nights ago was perfect.👌

We ordered subs for our Christmas Eve Dinner! The service and sandwiches were amazing!

Sat in the drive threw for 20 mins not one person answered the intercom so i figured they were busy so i got sick of waiting so i went in of course 2 people working only one costumer in there and takes 2 people to make one sandwich and than finally they asked what I wanted I said um I’ve been sitting at the intercom and u guys dint answer hmm never will I come to place again this is not the first time this has happened either

Went there around 8:40ish pm for dinner. When I found that the lobby was already closed I checked the hours online and it said it was open till 10 so I ordered off the app, a few minutes after my order went through I could see that the workers had grabbed my order and I assumed that they were preparing it. 10 or so minutes later, I see the workers inside throw away my receipt, shut off the lights, and then cancel my order. 2 hours before they are supposed to be closed they cancelled my order. No explanation, no signs saying they were closing early or had changed hours of service, not even a phone call on my order to explain that they had to close early, NOTHING. Terrible business practices, and terrible service.

The lady was beyond amazing but her coworker was taking his time while she was doing most of the work and I had to ask him to change his gloves after handling money before finishing my sandwich
