Subway

Dreamier has amazing customer service it was an absolute pleasure to have him make our subs!! We will definitely return just to see him!!! He deserves a raise!! He was very polite and patient with my family and I. We need more people out here in this world, just like him!!!

The two younger females in the store we're too busy talking to each other in the store to help out the much older woman on the subway side. The one girl had really long fake braids and she almost got her hair in my they also were not very friendly. So I didn't leave a tip, it was obvious the one girl didn't want to be there. When you work in customer service you could at least pretend to put on a smile, especially if you intend to earn a tip. They didn't ask if I wanted to make any of them a meal, or if I had any kind of rewards card. Food was fine, just slow and unprofessional service.

So I’ve been gf king to this subway since I was a child NEVER had a problem out of it but on this particular day recently my fiancé orders us 2 footlongs. Go to the place the environment is great, even seen an a relative there. The employees were great. Got my sandwiches went home. I get through my first half and that’s when something told me open the second half and ad soon as I opened it I see a dead fly in my damn sandwich. Mind you I’m pregnant so I felt sick on a thousand after seeing that.

Ordered online. Everything was exactly as I ordered, except the salad dressing. I ordered regular dressing, but there was so much in the bowl I couldnt even eat it. Like I could ring the dressing out of the spinach. Probably wont order online again so I can see how much product is being used.

Never experienced such poor customer service at a subway every before. Firstly, there was no one at the subway counter let alone inside the store to serve any customers. I stood inside for 2-3 minutes waiting for someone to come out from the back room but instead a guy with dreads came in from a parked car right in front of the store who was working there. I started to order and he pulls out his phone and starts texting - assuming it was the other two girls who were also supposed to be working but saw them coming out of the same parked car that the guy did. The girls went on about how he shouldn’t have taken my order because I ordered more than 5 sandwiches and apparently the rule is that i should have called ahead for a “party order”.
