Subway

I live in Hawley and there’s not many options for food. I have the same experience with the same employee every single time. He is always so rude. When I walked today he was mopping. He was the only one working. He got behind the counter WITHOUT washing his hands and dropped his gloves ON THE FLOOR and used them to make our subs. This is absolutely disgusting. I’m sure it’s a health code violation of some sort. I would NOT come to this subway. It used to be good but has severely decreased in value over the last two years.

Never had a bad experience here. Absolutely love Subway. Employees friendly, food made correctly, very clean.

Vegtables are always look old and taste bad. The meat looks and smells bad. I feel bad for the employees because they are understaffed so the wait time is long. Management seems to need to step up.

Fast easy to order not impressed with what I ordered ask for more stuff an get minimum 3 tomatoes is always standard an looks like less mayo app coupons don’t work after getting to all star level, will say clean establishment if I knew they where gonna take shortcuts on the price of this sub I’d ordered an all meat with every vegetable get my moneys worth well now I know :) I should not be able to eat a footlong sub in 4 bites

This location keeps a clean atmosphere and usually has friendly staff. The downfalls of this location is they will often make subs incorrectly or be extremely light on toppings. They never put on the right amount of meat and cheese, and that's if they even remember to put it on. If you do an online order, it is almost guaranteed to be made incorrectly. Highly recommend eating at another establishment or finding a different subway that makes sandwiches properly.
