Subway

Had an online order for 635pm. Got there at 630 One customer in restaurant. Worker didn't even know there was online order. Took 25 mins to make lady in front of me food (she had two sandwiches). He couldn't work the register. He was under influence of some substance undoubtedly. Then 10 more mins to get him started on my order. When he kept touching inside of his pants with the gloves on it asked them to change his gloves and he got really upset. Saying he's seen me before. . I asked if he was could hurry because I was in hurry and then he started arguing with me about how long I had been waiting. I finally walked out without my order. It was never going to happen. So I paid for nothing I ever got. Never again.

I’ve lived in this area for 3 years and everytime SINGLE time I either get attitude from the employees, they’re super aggressive or I’ll place an order and most of the items do not end up on my sandwich. I gave this place chance after chance and they don’t even offer refund to try to keep their clientele. I promise, just go somewhere else if you want a sub. They never have wraps (we don’t sell them anymore), they don’t have manners, integrity, or any respect! This includes the owners for not stepping up & fixing things. I think I’d rather close than just wrack up crazy bad reviews that smear the image.

Wow I have never been so disrespected in my life. Me and my fiancé came in and no body was around. We waited a while a machine kept alarming we were yelling hello and got no response. I was concerned thinking something may of happened to your employee until they came out of the back throwing their gloves off didn’t look at us at all. We said hello to her and she said nothing so we just turned around and left. I’d hire someone else friend she looked miserable. This was at 6pm on Martin Luther king day

Manager is rude or he may be the owner. Makes you call corporate to get a refund, laughs at you or hangs up on you when you call to complain.. Corp doesn't have a number so I ended up talking with my bank and they went after my refund...

Great experience! Ana was such a sweetheart! Delightful, professional and courteous customer service. The sandwiches were fresh, cookies were delicious! I'll certainly be back. Thank you Ana!!
