This is my favorite Subway staff is always so friendly, food always fresh and taste so good, always so clean inside, yall do a great job

Staff were amazing and kind, got to have a wonderful mommy and daughter lunch date because of their service!

Did an online order while in the store to get the promotion of buy one get 1/2 off, while they were making the sandwiches, I asked them just to toast the bread and not the meats They toasted the meat anyways and I asked him to remake it, they refused And they did not have the authority to remake sandwiches. I asked if I could talk to the manager they refuse to call the manager. I asked them to write that on a receipt with their names. Here is the receipt. They would not offer a refund. So, instead, I walked out with my wife’s food and not mine. they just stole $13 from me.

The employees did not know how to use egift cards, and wouldn't let us use them, nor would they call their manager so he or she could show them how.

The last few times we have came have been quite annoying, but tonight was the worst the two younger ones are just rude and seem like that hate being there and look and my fiance and laugh and whisper! I don't appreciate that at all ! Also Amanda was asking the young man at the counter to help her with our order by making our dipper and he got smart and was about to say something smart. Amanda was also the only one I heard speak when we came in. Last time we didn't even get that ! Last time all they said was what kind of sub and bread. Amanda was very sweet and very nice ! We appreciate her and I give her 5 stars
