2nd time went there 1st time i say its ok. He's having a bad day, but 2nd time, same horrible attitude. I think he's a Midle Easter guy bad attitude and bad customer service ..

I love coming to this place but today they left me down I am disappointed please teach them how to do their job... this is too small for the price ...not even what I was paying for 😞😞😞😞😞😞

Food is alright. I appreciate the approach to more fresh products but it still doesn't top off other competitors. It's good if you are hungry and don't want to make the drive to SM. Customer service is bland, but what's to expect, it's a subway lol.

I ordered online through the app and picked it up during my lunch. When I arrived to the store I tried to pay for some chips but no one was at the counter, I did a mild shout but no one came so I put the chips back and left. When I got to work I noticed my order was wrong so I went back and they re made my order with the WRONG bread. At this point I was frustrated enough and just took the sandwich. Five minutes later Arlene calls me says I took chips without paying for them. I was accused of stealing in essence. So I told them I put them back and told them to check the cameras. She hangs up. Calls me back to apologize saying a customer told her I stole the chips. Unprofessional and straight up disrespectful accusing me of stealing without verifying first. What an embarrassment for the Subw

My daughter and I went either Feb.28 or March 1st. There was a young guy there so rude! I even told him you don't have to be rude. This was my first time there and I don't think I will be going back. I rather drive to SM.
