Subway

50/50 lunch is usually wonderful but if you want fresh bread, available veggies, and an edible sandwich- don’t waste your time after lunch hours. They don’t participate in any bogo rewards offers so you’re paying $25 for two inedible footings. This review isn’t from a single visit, I gave them a fair chance over several months and it progressively got worse. Their excuse is always the last shift didn’t prep. It’s not that hard to have the teams ready for rush and items available. I enjoy eating in town and don’t want it to be shut down, just run correctly. I don’t mind paying more for a good sandwich.

Everytime I come here I get rude service, have to wait forever because they are hiding in the back. Almost Everytime I get my order messed up because they don't listen even if I correct them. Waste of money and time

Very friendly lady working. She made us feel right at home. She made the prettiest sandwiches I have ever seen at any Subway. All of the tables were clean. Trash cans empty and all of the vegetables were fresh and full. She thanked us for eating at Subway, asked how our sandwiches were and asked us to come back with a big smile. You can't get any better than that!

The black female sandwich maker was rude and resentful. I stood at the counter for several minutes while the 2 employees were having a good time on the back. I finally asked if they were open and the employee came storming out saying "we was on our way, you need to give us time". I told her good morning and asked how she was, she said "good, whatchoo want?". I asked for a FL PRO, and she said "we ain't got not foot long pros". I couldn't understand her because she was mumbling so I kindly asked her to repeat. She repeated in a hostile tone. I then asked for a foot long with double meat and cheese (FL PRO). Also to warm the steak before it was toasted. She took the scooper into the back room and when she returned the scooper was dripping wet. I hope she only washed it but I am suspiciou

We stopped at this Subway yesterday for lunch. For the past year we’ve been in Kentucky and stopped going to Subway due to the beyond poor service we received each time. Today we met Kristen and we received superb customer service. She was pleasant, efficient and very thorough in taking and preparing our order. We are grateful to be in this area for several more months and hopefully we’ll be seeing more of Kristen. Job well done girl!
