Subway

Got salads at Subway in Girard, and there was absolutely NO lettuce in it. Took them back to the store, and the boy working there had no idea why I was bringing them back. I had to tell him I wanted lettuce 3 times before he added it. He was slow and extremely rude. I ordered subs 3 months ago, and they had very little toppings. What they subs did have was wrong. I thought I'd give it another chance tonight and ordered on the app. I will be getting my subs and salads at another restaurant from now on!

Had the sweet onion chicken teryaki on italian herb and cheese sub roll and the roll was so hard that it just cracked into crumbs when you tried to eat it. Definately stale.

So I walked in the other day and there’s smoking hot girl and her name is ashley i give her a 10-10 on the review.

DO NOT ORDER HERE. I put no lettuce and received lettuce on my bowl anyways. WASTED MONEY. The lady I called at 6:07PM on March 24th, 2025 WAS EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL AND LACKED ANY SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY OR RESPECT. She explained to me that the receipt said less lettuce. Sure, no problem. I asked how we can make up for the malfunction of the app as my money has been wasted. I told her to leave my number for the owner and she insisted he wouldn't issue a refund, automatically assuming. First instance of disrespect. I wanted to just get another bowl on the house, but she was too busy screaming "not our fault" at me for me to get a chance to explain such. Something must be going on at home. I told her I'd leave a review about this experience as she was disrespectful and she immediately hung

This subway has always been pretty good. Today we dined in and the whole experience was not good. The cover over the food was so dirty that is was hard to see the products. The floor hadn’t been cleaned and the waste-cans were full and overflowing. There were two employees. One young man who was doing most of the work and the female was spending most of her time in the back. It seems there was a young child back there that she seemed to have brought to work. Overall bad experience.
