Subway

I had a takeout order of 3 footlong subs and each one was made well. The veggie delite sub I ordered for myself was probably the best one I’ve ever had.. job well done!!

Nice location. Plenty of good clean seating+parking. Our subs were delicious. Leeann was our sub maker and with a smile. We will be back!

They promise to train their people but it’s a constant problem with this location. The Subway App is constantly having glitches where you can’t complete an order. But if you try to go through the store or in person, they won’t honor the coupons or discounts that the app advertises or gives you. If you try to talk to somebody about it, they say they can’t do anything about it because it’s the app and the coupons and discounts are separate. But any good retailer worth their salt knows that you could always fix things. They choose not to honor the coupons or discounts in store and basically force you to pay more and blame it on a glitch. It’s a bunch of bait and switch. After the third time having the same problem and then not willing to fix it would highly not recommend using this location.

We needed some Subway sandwiches in a hurry. We called in an order and told them we'd be in to pick the sandwiches up and about 15 minutes. When I told the lady what we were going to do with them she suggested that they be sliced in thirds to make it easier to share, then she put the condiments in the bag with the sandwiches and bundled the whole thing so it would be easy to take to friends in need of shareable food. Everyone thought the sandwiches were very tasty And Timely. We really appreciate the extra effort Subway did with their suggestions.

Got my order completely right and put a heart by my name I love my Gibsonburg so much
