Gabriel was just lovely. Very personable person. Thoroughly enjoyed talking with him while he made my sub.
The young man that served me was polite and professional but the young lady that I assume was training him or at least been there longer than him wasn't. Emily I do believe her name was didnt greet me when I entered the store then when I told her I wanted the the sub of the day meal she directed me to the sign and told me the sub of the day was a BMT when the sign clearly said saturday special and when I pointed that out she continued to just ring up the sub as usual as tho I hadn't spoke a word.
Love their sandwich But I really love togos, more. You don't have one around here, but still get great pooding great customer service. They do not have pastrami sandwiches here.That is weird
I love my local subway, I frequent two in the Roanoke valley, theirs the one in Roanoke Rapids North Carolina beside Julian Alsbrook highway, and a second one in Gaston North Carolina, linked to the New Dixie mart that I frequent, the sale associates are very welcoming, and the atmosphere is awesome at both spots.
Amazing customer service. A lady named Kiara made our food and she was super nice and welcoming.
