Subway

I went to this subway on my way back from a mini trip to the Hot springs. And I ordered a sandwich. When I got my sandwich back, it was cold( I asked for it to be toasted.) I asked them about something they could do to fix the problem and they told me they couldn’t do anything. Which felt untrue and bothered me. Did not appreciate the food or service. Will not be coming back.

This subway has a real issue with inventory. It can be the middle of the day and not have basic ingredients for menu items. I'm not asking for special items or talking about running out of cookies at the end of the day, I mean they NEVER seem to have pizzas or meatballs. Maybe they have special permission to not follow Subway protocol, either way don't stop here if you expect the regular Subway menu cause it's not likely to happen.

The food was okay it's just subway. The customer service was awful and another customer behind me was ignored by both employees for ten plus minutes. They guy helping me didn't have a positive attitude and you could tell he was just there to collect a check.

I have been to this subway a lot. One worker is a young girl that is absolutely amazing. But today I walked in for breakfast this morning and a man was getting bread ready right in front of me and a woman was stocking the chips. They didn’t say a single word. Not a hello, not a we will be with you in a minute nothing. so I stood there for like at least 10 minutes and they still didn’t say a word to me. Absolutely horrible customer service and completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

It wasn't open yet. She was preparing for the day. I didn't notice at first that they weren't open yet and had asked for a breakfast sandwich. She politely explained they weren't open yet and that she had limited items. (Still preping) For what I wanted, she had it and went ahead and made the sandwich for me. Where customer service is lacking in so many other places lately, it wasn't lacking here. She made the sandwich taste so much better due to her kindness. Thank you!
