Subway

This Subway is painfully slow and clearly severely understaffed, relying on the gas station employees to help out. The few employees who are working move at a snail's pace and seem utterly uninterested in their jobs or the long line of customers. Waiting over 20 minutes for a single sandwich is completely unacceptable, and the lack of urgency or any sign of customer service is frankly insulting. If you value your time or decent service, go literally anywhere else. Owners! show some respect to your customers, and invest some money into new employees. most people only have a half-hour lunch and dont want to spend that time standing in line.

This is my “chicken” bacon ranch sub. You know for $11 this is ridiculous. And barely any veggies.

This is the best subway around! They have the best service and are very quick. Samatha is the owner and is the best at making her customers happy! Kinda pricey sometimes but definitely worth it. And if you get the chocolate chip cookies heat them up for 10 seconds, delicious! 😋

Always fresh, I love to order the Cold Cut Combo with Sunchips

I ordered a delivery and it took over an hour to get to my house (honestly I ordered from the wrong location as I live in St. John’s). When I called the store to see what was going on with the order they explained the issues they were having with DoorDash. The people I spoke with were kind and very understanding and they ended up remaking the sandwich as it was sitting for a bit. They don’t get paid enough to care and I appreciate the service they provided. Too many times we see people get angry and upset when something like this happens, with it being no fault of the employees.
