THE WORST!!! There were a couple cars ahead of us and we waited about 15-20 minutes before we got to the menu. NOBODY greeted us for at least 5 minutes and that was after me yelling "Hello" at the intercom. The wait was so long for peoples' orders that the vehicle in front of us ended up just leaving. We still waited. When we got to the window, we noticed the guy that took our order was no longer wearing the headset. There was a woman wearing one, but she was not answering the calls, another man was wearing one around his neck so clearly that's why nobody was answering the drive-thru. After the window guy handed us our drinks and chips, he disappeared. The window was left open the whole time we sat there (which was close to 15-20 MORE mins). They were also trying to close the window while

Really bad location. Bobby and the lady were yelling at each other the entire time. The bread was over cooked, no salad bowls.

Charlie was very unprofessional and very rude, we got there at about 20 minutes before closing. Took 5 minutes to even get help. Wanted 3 sandwiches. Charlie decided to get an attitude immediately. Stating we needed to hurry up and order. They didn't have tuna, so we tried to decide on what we wanted to replace it. He got mad about that. He kept being rude and rushing us. Someone else came in behind us, and he did the same to them.

I’m not the type to review but it’s ridiculous. They got new management and it’s been terrible since. I try to go on my lunch. There’s only two cars in front of me. And I spend my entire 45 minute lunch in the drive through. It seems to be not at fault in any way to the workers. They are always super kind. But management needs to ether hire more people or come work themselves. It’s out of hand.

Walked in at 15 minutes until closing (at 8:45pm) and the cashier said they were closed. "Open" sign was still lit up & hours on the door said open until 9pm. Cashier was very rude about it. We didn't plan to waste his time & eat inside, just wanted to quickly take it to go.
