Subway

Really awesome people working up here. Glad to see the environment isn’t like the rest of all the other subways. Best experience I’ve ever had in one five out of five stars!!

Always clean and staff are very polite. Great restaurant if you’re traveling. Manager has.been here several years and it really shows, good job!

Please be careful at this subway in Florence this man he said he was the manager but he decided to put himself a $10.00 tip on my card then when I said something about it he blamed me then he didn’t want to give me my money back he got mad at me I had to ask my kids to wait in the truck it was crazy !! Just please be careful there’s no telling how many people he’s done this to .

Placed online order when I arrived to pick up just after 9 PM one customer is waking up pulling on a locked door, the open sign is turned off, no food on the make line, worker inside is vacuuming floor and didn’t even acknowledge the customer knocking on the door. Apparently they close at 9 and can’t afford to change the hours on the window, google, or their own app. Now I get to fight with corporate to get a refund since they wouldn’t even answer the phone it just kept telling me to call the number on the back of gift card to check balance and hangs up.

I called the store in Florence Mississippi and as the price if a foot long and was told $6.99 I ordered 2 when I picked them up the bill was $26.00 and the person that charged me that much was the one that told me it cost $6.99, I will never go there again
