0 stars, embarrassing. I placed an online order for a salad, waited 20 minutes before picking it up, and when I got there they hadn't even started it. She apologized and said she'd start it, which took another 20 minutes to make a plain salad. Definitely not coming back

As I entered the restaurant, the solo worker behind the counter yelled out where don’t have lettuce … however I was fine using spinach. The sandwich was compressed with very little turkey and veggies and not very flavorful.. There was only one girl working behind the counter and one girl in the back and even though there were just a couple of people in front of me it took her forever. Definitely will not be going back.

Did an online order, waited for almost an hour. The 3 sandwiches I got were all wrong. One was just meat and cheese. Very disappointed. Try calling to report issue and number was busy. Definitely not going back. Shame, shame, shame!

I ordered a turkey wrap that has avocado on it. The artist did not tell me they were out of the avocado til it was time to add it. If I had known I would have ordered something else. So as the young man am was somewhat new I did not make a big deal out of it. And ordered my other sandwiches. When it was time to cash out the worker who had been there longer told the kid to just ring up the wrap as a turkey 12 inch. No should be like a 6 inch. So I paid thinking it was a bit high but I had 2 other sandwiched so it was not til I got home to see that by ringing the wrap as a 12 inch actually doubled the price. When I tried to call no one answered the phone.

The store has made a turn around! It was so bad we had stopped going and it was the only food we ate in town! New management has turned it around, but most of all the fellas that run the evening crew are top notch and so friendly! Wish people would treat them a little better when they are out of things!
