We visited Subway to grab food for our children, and overall it was a good experience. The place was clean, service was quick, and the staff was friendly. The sandwiches were fresh and prepared as requested, making it a convenient and satisfying stop for quick bites!
I had sandwich today from here I never had such a bad tasted sandwich. I am very fond of subway sandwich but today it changed my mind chicken is raw and ranch smells so bad very foul smell. I suspect serving rotten food here.
Very disappointed, the lady there is rude, half of the things are out of stock. Very bad experience with this specific branch. The sandwich they made was also very sloppy. When we asked for extra napkins the lady said we've already given you 1 NAPKIN with your order
If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff at the Subway inside Walmart in Exton, PA, are shockingly rude and unprofessional. They are unwilling to answer even basic questions without getting defensive, and their attitude makes it clear they have no interest in providing decent customer service. Instead of helping, they behave as though customers are an inconvenience. Management seriously needs to take note and address this unacceptable behavior. I will not be returning, and I suggest others think twice before visiting this location.
Today June 1, 2025 between 3:15p.m. and 3:30 p.m. I went to the Subway that is in Walmart in Exton, Pennsylvania..I ordered the sandwich of the day which 6.99. It comes with a 6 hoagie, bag of chips, small drink and 2 cookies. I ask to make sure I got the combo, and sales person said yes. I remember seeing I was charged 12.76 come upon the register. So I grab my stuff and go. When I get to my I realize I don't have my drink so I go back inside to ask for it , and the sales person give me the cup. I am more disappointed more than anything. I get to the car and I realize they did not give me my receipt. So why wouldn't I receive my drink , and why wouldn't they give me my receipt. I believe they are overcharging people, and are okay with the process of doing it. I will never go there again
