Subway

Both staff were professional, very friendly, and kind. Be nice and get treated the same! They were out of grilled chicken and the subway app was not functional yet, but the staff made the best of it by giving us free cookies! Can’t complain about that. Food was well-prepared and as ordered, and was fresh. Thank you for being so nice.

Kita (I think that's what her badge said) has the absolute worse attitude ever. I understand your line is long but you have to listen to your customers. She was short, not attentive, and I had to constantly repeat myself and she came across as if I was getting on her nerves. Her energy and demeanor was distasteful. I asked for a bag twice for my food and she acted as if she didn't hear me. I had to ask the young lady that works at Cinnabon for a bag. The older black lady and white lady with glasses were so polite, attentive, and nice. The long line didn't stress them out or make them be short with any of us! 5 stars for them but Kita is most definitely 0 stars. December 5, 2025 at 1:30 p.m.

From the get go the employees were not pleasant but I didn’t let it bother me until I got to Sylvia at the end. She didn’t know how to ring anything up correctly which I was patient with but then she goes to get the applesauce and apple juice for my kids meal and comes back with an applesauce and just hands me a cup and rudely says “we are out of apple juice so you’ll have to get a fountain drink.” So then I said do you have milk instead and she even more rudely says “I just told you we were out of apple juice and milk”. First of all no you didn’t state you we’re out of both, you only stated you were out of apple juice to begin with which is why I asked about the milk after. And second of all, you don’t tell me what my kid is gonna drink and just tell me that I’m going yo have to get a fou

There was 2 employees working a guy a girl. The guy that was working was very pleasant and the girl not so much. She acted like she didn't want to help us. She did finally ring is up and put one of our items in a bag and left the rest on the counter after we proceeded to run our card. We stood there and waited on her to come back and put the rest of our order in a bag and all she did was say y'all good you can get the rest of it. She was very rude and doesn't need to be working with public with that attitude

Don’t do it!!! They literally gave me a pieces of a cookie & charged me for a whole cookie, they ripped the pizza up with toppings missing & bread & charged me not giving me the option to say if I wanted it or not. They seemed understaffed & management just walked up running his mouth not helping one bit just slowing them down. I wouldn’t have did that to you, I didn’t even get a recipe with my meal, The manager should be reprimanded or let go, work morale is very low at this location, I will most likely never eat here again until I see new people here working. 👎🏻
