9:20 pm. Website said it was open. Sign on the door says that it should be open. Door was unlocked. Went inside and the employee said they were closed. Several DoorDash employees were trying to get orders at the same time. Put it together!

Friendly service, decent sandwich. Extremely disappointed this store does not accept national promo codes. What used to be a good spot for students to get a bite to eat is now $14 for a sandwich. At that price point I will go sit down and support Local. Bring back the promo codes!!!

Completely disappointed in my sandwich. I ordered it on Italian through the app. Got to my hotel and its not Italian bread. Such a waste of food.

Unresponsive service, sandwiches order and not available for pickup, told pickup was late (delayed) and the sandwiches were thrown away by the store. Store would not re-make the sandwiches, nor issue a refund. "Supervisor" Eric was rude and would not share the manager's name or contact information. He told me he would call the police if I didn't leave the store immediately.

I have been here before and the service hasnt ever been terrible, but tonight made me want to leave a review. I walked in, expecting a small line but to my suprise it was empty. Waited for a minute, but was quickly met with some of the most exceptional service I have experienced in this establishment. I didn't catch the young guy's name who made my sandwich, but you were 100% not lying when you said you understood what I meant by by "making a veggie delight right". Not only did you make it perfect, but you made the entire transaction 5 minutes and was also extremely friendly. Managers, please let this guy know hes doing great! Ill be back!
