Grabbed a quick sandwich here today while running errands. Everything was made to order and staff were friendly. It was busy during lunch, so the line moved slowly, but nothing unreasonable. Afterward, Thai Yoga Bodywork at NNY Massage helped me fully decompress and reset.

🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 It’s the best location in Watertown, Evan mills, and better than the location on the military base. They take great pride in quality control, the beard is the freshest I’ve ever experienced living here for a few years now. They even close their containers for meats and veggies to not dry out or lose freshness when business is slow. The way this location is ran by the staff makes me absolutely thrilled to come here. Customer service is superb compared to other locations near by. I enjoy this location the most.💯👍🏼👍🏼

This place smells amazing when you first walk in. The overall store was very clean. As seen in the picture, the food was fresh and well stocked. The glass window over the food was sparkling clean, too! The staff was friendly and helpful. We were helped immediately and didn't have any issues with our order. We will be back!

Your employee Lisa is extremely rude. I was in there twice today both times very rude. The second time she was too busy stuffing her face to be bothered and was rude yet again. Next time I’ll make a corporate complaint if she’s not able to have somewhat a decent customer service attitude. Something tells me this is not the first time.

We have ordered several times and seems to be a reoccurrence of adding toppings to subs. I have put more on just about all items as each time the toppings seem to get fewer and fewer. This last sub ordered shows more lettuce and I got almost no lettuce at all. Would not recommend to anyone
