Bread was at least 3 days old, could hardly bite through it. The bread was also split when I opened it so everything just fell out on the wrapper in a pile. Basically uneatable so just rolled it back up and went to dairy queen next door.
I came to the subway for cookies for my kids and I as we we're heading to fly out on a plane and unfortunately my card declined and the girl that was working said don't worry about it. I don't remember her name unfortunately but I have the host order ID number below in hopes for her to get some sort of praised as she deserves it. Absolutely amazing service very clean. Store and the girls were super friendly and my sandwich was perfect.
Made an online order at 9:10 am on Tuesday 11/20/2024. They are suppose to be open at 8 am. My order got canceled. I called to see what was going on or if I'm getting a refund. Lady who answered was extremely rude. This location is notorious for having rude employees who are consistently messing up my order.
Manger was super disrespectful! She refused to make my sub because her words “were they don’t toast flat bread” I asked her when that started that I’ve always had mine toasted and she said “ AlWAYS” so I said I’ll pass. Then was super disrespectful while I was waiting for my friends to finish their subs. On top of it there was flies all over the food and she wasn’t wearing gloves. Highly recommend not going here
