Subway

I was asking why I couldn't order through the Subway App. I got told because it's a franchise. Strangely they have a rack for online ordered food. They tell me they only do that for Door Dash drivers. While I was still talking to the gentleman behind the counter, who had some difficulties talking proper English, he saw two earlier customers walk by and started a conversation with them and started to ignore me. I just walked away. I bought a Subway sandwich that they made earlier in the day and put in the store. You can't see what's on the sandwich because they put them in the wrong way and the windows of the package only shows the closed back of the sandwich. It had 3 slices of meat, 2 tiny slices of cheese, which covered just a quarter of the sandwich, and lettuce. Not worth the almost

Workers got to have short attention spam or something waited almost 15 mins for the worker to take my order and I was the only one in line

One of the worst subway sandwiches I has as a truck driver. The person behind the counter was confused about what she's doing. The meat is as raw as it can be, after being toasted. Wrong bread, not what I asked for.

The woman "Letisha" working here tonight (5-16-25) is lazy and rude. She was in the back when I arrived so I rang the bell for service. She said " just a minute" then left me standing there for 10 minutes while she rinsed out some dishes and restocked the vegetables. Then she got an attitude with me when I told her I wanted 2 sandwiches. Then she put so much mayo on my sandwich that I had to scrape most of it off! I watched two different customers walk away and leave while I was waiting. This woman is not good for your business, she very much needs trained in customer service. I certainly will not stop at this location again if she is "working".
