I came here for a foot long and the guy gave me and my group life advice. What a bonus!

Nice to have enthusiastic employees but, ( ill call him skippy, ) needs to slow his roll when taking orders and stop acting like an undecided customer is bothering him. He made my 10 year old son feel uneasy and pressured to the point he settled for something different than he'd planned. Orherwise food is good.

I was overcharged by more than $4 on two meals. Employees were dismissive and argumentative, claiming that they were not allowed to give refunds and were saving me money by ringing up my order incorrectly. I had to stand at the register and repeat myself to no less than three employees and wait for them to call their manager to get the issue sorted out. Meanwhile the line behind me got angry I did not want to simply donate the extra money to the store. I don't know how many customers they have overcharged like this, but if this is the way that team members are being trained by their manager who knows how many thousands of customers have been overcharged at this location in recent history.

Horrible Horrible person waited on us. 6/1/24 Calcutta 170 Giant Eagle Plaza location.. There with my 80 yr old mother and this short creepy blonde haired girl with bad tattoos all over started immediate yelling at us about not stacking coupons soon as we walked up to the counter. We had no idea at first because she said it so fast in order to confuse my mother. Every command and question about what we wanted was screamed at my mother with this over the top attitude which was totally DISGUSTING. I wanted to go off on her but kept my composure because that won't resolve anything. Horrible human being. NEVER GOING BACK to that location and suggest everyone to NOT GO THERE unless you LIKE being treated like GARBAGE for average typical overpriced sub sandwich. I am sure that no one would like
