This is one of the cleanest locations we have visited. The staff was very friendly and got the order completed pretty quick. There was a line of about five people in front of us - which to my surprise, DID NOT take that long to take care of every customer. The line moved pretty fast. We noticed there was about five employees working during out visit. I did not see any one of the employees not working. They were grinding was a great team or well oiled machine! Great job Subway!
woman over the phone nearly refused to void my order, claiming they made my sandwich in under 2 minutes. I ordered to wrong store, it shouldn't be that hard for them to cancel an order unless they can't compute simple instructions, what a disappointment
The team is doing what they can. One concern is the menu lists chicken salad. Only after trying to order do people get told they don't carry that item any more. It seems non customer-friendly for corporate to force a store to keep items on menus and lists "until corporate sends out the updated menus." More helpful would be allowing stores to cover over such items.
We ordered door dash. I ordered 2 foot long tunas, double meat that was it. We got the subs. No double meat and had lettuce, tomato and onion. I called door dash for a reorder and when I got off the phone with door dash I called subway. The woman I talked to said they already remade the sandwichs the same as before and refused to remake them the way I wanted. I told her never mind I'll let door dash handle it. She said now they would be out of the money for four foot long subs. Door dash called them they refused to make the sandwiches the way they were ordered and the door dash operator told me we could no longer order from that subway. She also told door dash they were now out of tuna. I will never use this subway again.
I had ordered the meal of the day through the app and removed the sauce that originally comes on the sandwich and had requested mayo instead. After picking my order up I seen that the sauce I had clicked to have removed was on the sandwich. I returned and asked them to remake the sandwich and they said no. I told them I can't eat the sandwich and they told me I should have orders a pizza sub instead (even though I ordered the meal of the day because it was the cheapest option and only had pepperoni as the meat which is what I prefer). I was running late for work and just requested that I return the sandwich, unopened chips and drink for a refund and they told me no again. I was shocked and becoming overwhelmed because my sugar was low since that was ment to be my first meal of the day. I
