Subway

This is the best Subway on Cape. The staff are so friendly, attentive and they make the best subs! If you're wanting some Subway, we highly recommend trying this "hole in the wall-mart"!

I had ordered online and picked up in store. I noticed my order was wrong, I politely went up to the counter and let them know what was wrong and if it could be fixed. The employee then proceeded to tell me why she made decisions that she made on my sandwich. Would not remake it or fix it, I was given the option to take it and leave or buy another sub. I then did subway contact to share my experience. I got an answer within a few hours and they said they addressed the rudeness but then stated I would need to have brought my sub back for a refund or free Sub. I responded to said email and said that would have been great if those were the options I was presented with but unfortunately I was not and at this point I would love to just get a refund. Excellent customer service! Food is always fresh, while the store is super clean! Will be back again, and again, and again! Highly recommend!
