young lady making my subs had a very oversized jacket on with hair all over it and as she reached over my subs to grab topping, her sleeves were hanging ALL over my subs. last time i was in there, her hat fell off and she picked it up and put it back on without changing her gloves and continued to grab my cookies with the same gloves. very unsanitary. i normally don’t have an issue here, but this has happened twice in a row with the same young lady. i will not be ordering from here again.
THEY DON’T EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!!! But I Couldn’t have wrote a review without at least giving 1 SMH….Their staff wasn’t polite AT ALL….. and then they literally charged me $10 for the Chipotle steak wrap that’s seen in the picture’s attached. I have never in my life gotten a sub or wrap From any other Subway even anywhere that looked like this. It didn’t even have half of the amount of meat that is supposed to be on it. I am Livid! If it wasn’t for my boyfriend being with me and always the peacemaker,I was going to go back in and demand my money back! But instead we lost out on money and had to order dinner elsewhere. I WILL NEVER GET FOOD FROM THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!!!
We are frequently flyers there and we usually have good service but today was different. We were in line for 20 minutes whenever there was only one order ahead of us. He then proceeded to make food for his girlfriend that wasn't even in line and didn't even have her pay for it. When it was finally our turn he didn't even heat up our subs all the way and half fast our sandwiches. I'm very disappointed.
Wrong order. Remaid the order, still wrong. The woman working was rude with an attitude, and she wasnt even the person who remade the order!
Order was wrong...didn't put right ingredients on..didn't follow special instructions..disappointed
