Costumer service is so bad the lady is pretty rude and I was going to get a tuna with only spinach and cucumber so I ask for extra spinach and she was like no I don’t put more they don’t like it and I ask because I was going to pay extra no because I want it for free but she refused so I ended up no getting anything. You guys need to change the lady or at least work with costumer service skills

Extremely Disappointing Service and Food Quality I had a very poor experience at this Subway location. The customer service and food preparation were unacceptable. The vegetables—particularly the tomatoes and cucumbers—were sliced so thin they were almost transparent. When I asked the staff member (an Asian lady) to wrap my sandwiches separately, she refused, citing it would waste wrapping paper. Even when I asked her to double wrap my sandwich, as is normally done at other locations, she again said no, claiming it would just be thrown away. This kind of attitude was shocking and completely dismissive of basic customer service. My sandwich was poorly assembled and falling apart. I also requested spinach and was given only four small leaves—barely anything. This is by far the worst Subwa

Best subway experience I've had ever rly! I got a ham subway with lettuce, spinach, pickle cheese, mayo n salt pepper. She made it perfect with lots of everything!!! I usually have to say extra this extra that but they were just perfect here!!! I'm 110% satisfied and will be back!

This location has very poor customer service. I placed an online delivery order through the subway website, and I never received my order and the time was somehow set for 12:30am the next day. I went in to see what had happened and the manager was rude when I was asking what had happened. He refused to help at all and told me I had to take it up with doordash after I repeatedly stated that I had ordered through them directly.

Be aware they don't take coupons. Food was great the view was great and they have good helpings of meat. They just don't take coupons so keep that in mind when going.
