Subway

Don't order through the app. I just sat and watched as I ordered ahead of time and waited 30 minutes in the store as the Subway associates made every one in line before finally starting on my sandwiches. They were out of all the bread except wheat. Food was good, but waiting there for so long while staring at a sign that says "Use the app, skip the line" was frustrating. Wife and kids were stuck waiting in the car for 30 minutes while waiting for dinner.

I had a great experience with my online order this evening. When walking into the store for pickup, I was greeted with a smile and directed to where I could grab my bag. Thank you so much sweet lady, you made my day!

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service. The woman who is always scheduled is never at the counter. Always missing in the back , and if you ring the bell she will cuss you and claim she saw you on the camera and you haven’t been waiting there ten minutes “because she saw you on the camera” Save your money and piece of mind. I’d take a 44 year old pbj I found in the helmet of the kid off little giants over this place

Employees very friendly. Using subway app is easy. Plus being able to ask for sauce on the side in the app could be done a little different,

Ordered 2 Garlic Roast Beef footlongs (BOGO deal). Neither had the garlic aioli on them. Also, they don’t update the order in the app to let you know it is ready.
