Subway

Came in for a pickup order and no one was there. I said in a normal voice "hello" and no one came. I waited a couple more minutes and said hello a little louder. The lady stormed out and said "you don't have to scream we have a doorbell." I had no idea about the doorbell but she was very rude nonetheless.

I got door dash delivered at 8:30 tonight..ordered the ultimate BMT with lettuce, red onion, banana peppers & mayo. I got a nauseating amount of mayo &2 banana peppers and 1 piece of each cold cut..absolutely pathetic sandwich. What does it take to get something so simple? I'm disgusted & the owner should be too. Don't even deserve one star

I made a pickup order. Paid $3+ for double tuna. Picked up sandwich & there was barely any tuna at all. Lodged a complaint on Subway’s website. Store manager emailed me and thanked me, said she would retrain her employees. ??? I’m glad she’s retraining her employees, but what about the THREE DOLLARS YOU STOLE FROM ME??? I had to ask for it back explicitly, and even then, she refused, saying she would “review the security video and see if the employee put the right amount of tuna on the sandwich.” Of course I asked her to share that video with me, and I heard…nothing. Subway’s national officer sent me a satisfaction survey, and I told them this entire tale of woe, and they also did…nothing. Don’t go here. They screw up your sandwich and they steal your money. I had the displeasure of coming in when, their new manager Fran (unsure if thats her name) I will describe her in case I'm wrong I'm positive it's the manager the name I'm not so sure about she was very sloppy and appearance hair pulled up brunette definitely overweight woman with glasses I knew it was the manager because she announced it in the middle of fighting with another customer. We witnessed her wiping the snot off her nose then immediately touching the food. Very unprofessional behavior and I will not be returning.

I arrived at 8:45. They open at 8:30, it's clearly stated on the door. I walked up to the counter and the worker came from the back to say "we aren't even open yet" I asked when they open, he walked over to the clock and said "probably not until like 9am" which means they are behind on prep or whatever else they need to do. It would be fine if he cared about being open late instead of making up a time they open. I've been on the road for 4 hours, and this was my one stop for food. Put up a sign or something. I've worked at Subway, by myself, doing prep while serving food during rush time. the food was open in the containers. He could take a break from whatever he was doing in the back for 5 minutes to make food, considering they ARE open.
