New staff this semester. Really like the service they provided. Fresh, friendly, fast. Luv it.

They always get my sub right but I feel like they need to work on customers service like say thank smile something. The cashier needs to look like there enjoying there job. I feel like they could have better people to work. But thank you for always getting my sub right.

The days I came in the staff is super nice! The place is clean. Plenty of room to sit and good vibes. Only complaint is that it’s paid parking but it is downtown so expected (didn’t see that they have free parking).

The workers and the manager were so rude over changing gloves🧤 it was ridiculous . Like if they knew better I can’t eat poor or have anything that touched pork . They had no respect for me or my religion . How can a manager treat her customers and her workers so bad it just makes no sense . Plus they gave me the wrong order 🤬 if I could put zero stars I would .

Slow service because they didn't know how to make what I wanted, and it took them a while to find the supplies. My salad was mangled, not chopped, and took probably 6 minutes to make. Employees were gossiping about their families instead of engaging customers. Sitting in the dining room after eating, I watched the employee who made my food EATING WITH HIS GLOVES ON out of the containers. If that is what they do in front of customers, I do not want to know what they do when no one is looking. I will not be coming back.
