Excellent tuna sub today. Half. Girl taking care of service was amazing! Acknowledged me and said I’ll be right with you. Customer service was outstanding! Having kind of a bad day and this young lady checked on me! I appreciated that entirely. Also. Excellent tuna. Yum. Italian herb and cheese bread.

Incorrect order on both items. No sauce and bread tasted stale not toasted

This place is a total joke. I ordered and paid through the app, including one o the newly advertise footlong pretzel. I arrive to pick it up and there's no pretzel. I could hear someone on the phone in the back. Waited about 10 minutes, saying Hello a few times, before she even came out to check to see if anyone was there. When I asked about the pretzel, she stated they don't have any. When asked how I can get my money back, she stated "I don't know, you can go on the app and contact customer service, we are privately owned". I get home, finally find a place on the app find where to contact them and put that in. I finally open my buffalo chicken flatbread to find there's no buffalo sauce. My husband ordered a salad with lettuce and spinach, and there was no spinach. I called the store and

I went in 1/2 hour before close on 08/12, I was greeted warmly. The chef was patient as I pondered my choice. Then she made me an excellent Turkey sub. Overall a great experience after a long day, probably for both of us and she never let it show. This is an employee who adds value to your company's brand. I highly recommend this location.

Came at 11am on Wednesday and everything locked. I waited few mins, tried the number and nothing. Someone finally walked in and hasn't turned the lights on but is sitting on their phone behind the counter not prepping to open even though sign says 10am.
