Kathy, the gatekeeper at this subway location, is undoubtedly one of the most difficult employees I've encountered. The overall experience here is disappointing. Based on other reviews, it seems Kathy might be hoarding pickles, given her reluctance to fulfill orders properly. She outright claimed there are no options for extra toppings and didn’t even recognize what a veggie delight is. If you’re unable to treat customers with respect, perhaps it’s time to reconsider your role in this business.

Let me save you some irritation. Just skip the Del City location. I have walked out the last two times I visited this store. You are lucky if you are greeted when you walk in the door. They are far too busy making on line orders to accommodate customers right in front of them.

I'd give this 0 stars if I could. I'm not one to complain but I ordered a footlong tuna with extra cheese and pickles... there was barely any pickles, didn't get the extra cheese that we paid for even, and there was even barely any tuna on it.. paid the money for a foot long that literally has like no tuna and is mainly bread... really disappointed..

One star is far beyond what this location deserves. I feel bad for any employee that has had to work there. To start out, I will be calling corporate. I have been wronged by this location too many times. Tonight is the very last straw...the last 2 times I have went there (not including the numerous times in the past where I spend at least 40$ everytime that I get rock hard old bread) they have completely switched the toppings or withheld. I understand though because it is so poorly ran (I currently am working for a company very under staffed and overworked except my actions do not rip people off for their hard earned money) they are constantly under staffed, completely frazzled, never a manager insight to lead. Door Dash Order. Ordered a Foot Long Tuna Sandwhich. It wasnt toasted, missing provolone cheese, and missing Vitamin Water. I met with the doordash driver in person and stated they did not give her the Vitamin Water.
