I only gave it a star for the fact it's conveniently located in the hospital a floor down from where we need to go. However, the service was terrible. Employees seem miserable to be there and just sloppily throw your food together. My sandwich was soggy and falling apart all over when I opened it not even minutes after it was made. Also don't even bother asking for it toasted because you're just wasting your time and it comes out the same as it went in. I get food there for me and my child while he's getting chemo treatments. Being located in a hospital where people are already going through enough the way it is, employees should really do better.

It's good but located in the most hidden, secluded area of the hospital. It may as well be a secret operation and I would not have found it without assistance. edit: not sure if leadership in this chain has switched since the first few visits I made but it has really declined drastically. Why are the vegetables absolutely rotten and how did you mess up the Cookies??? Also never order the churro. The middle aged heavy set lady in particular is despicable in her treatment of customers (who most are healthcare workers and nurses). As if deciding to eat at freaking grimy subway isn't already enough to tamper my day, this lady, who I assume is some sort of manager, is insistent on transferring her ungodly attitude and abysmal energy unto any unsuspecting victim who dares enter her chamber of t

We ordered online. When I got there they had 3 other online orders and hadn't started mine. 4 other walk in customers came in and they did their orders first. My sandwich was on the wrong bread and had at least a cup of mayo on it. One of the workers only stood at the register and didn't make sandwiches. They. need more help

Staff Gage totally rocked it with his A-game service! He fired away all the usual Qs like a champ and didn't bat an eyelash when I threw in some extra requests. Plus, he double-checked to make sure my sammie was how I wanted it. I felt like a VIP, paid for quality, got quality – it's a win-win! Thank you Gage~

My food was great, but the female employee with the long hair and fingernails was rude and unprofessional. She goes to say all the food is cross contaminated,😳 really you openly just said that. All because I asked her to change her gloves after touching the nasty door handle on the warmer that everyone touches, along with touching pork products and I don't eat pork. Very unprofessional and non caring. Will be the last time I eat here.
