Subway

This is the best subway ever! I’m not a huge fan of subway because the customer service, but I like the product. This guy today was amazing. I live far away but I’m going to come back definitely

1 star for service. I recommend that if you don’t want people to accidentally touch the glass, please post some signs instead of having employees rudely warn customers. yes they used the word "warning"

Worst Subway Experience Ever! Visited this Subway on 03/13 around 9:00 PM for dinner, and the service was terrible. Assistant Manager John was extremely rude from the start, rushing me through my order and even shouting when I asked about the available bread options—claiming I should already know them! When I requested extra mayo, he aggressively tore open my sub, drenched it in mayo, and tossed it aside carelessly. The final sandwich was poorly packed and looked unappetizing (see pictures). John’s customer service was absolutely disgraceful—a terrible reflection on Subway!

Grey was extremely helpful and took over from the other employee who had a bad attitude. The first guy started making a full sandwich with cheese before I even confirmed my order. When I told him I only wanted a 6-inch, his attitude got even worse. It’s his job to ask, not assume. Thankfully, Grey immediately stepped in and handled everything professionally

When I tell you Preston and Orlando ain’t playing no games! This dynamic duo takes pride in what they do the presentation the cleanliness and customer service yep I will never go to any other subway they are worth the drive! Thank you both y’all rock!!!
