Subway

when walking into subway the lady behind the counter gave us some nasty look. i did say a word to her walking in and wanted to say something to her face walking out.

Went in tonight to pick up my internet order 06/26/2025. I was told the internet went down at 5. The thing is my order was placed at 2:42. I had my confirmation e-mail and receipt showing my order, confirmation and payment. She said the only thing I could do was order again and pay for it and wait to see if I got a refund to my bank account. She didn't ask for my name or ANY information as to who I was.. I paid $26.70 for 2 foot longs I didn't get. It sure came out of my bank account though. She laughed when I said I was calling corporate and said well we aren't corporate owned. Now I know why the place is always empty. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!

Order online threw app always get the grilled chicken instead of rotisserie chicken None of the restaurants ever. Give me an issue well, apparently this restaurant doesn't want to do it. It must be a family thing 'cause it's a woman and her kids working there and then they let their other kids who don't even work there behind the counter with a baby very unsanitary and not very safe for a child . But anyway, I was like, okay. Well, can you cancel the order since it's not what I want to order? Well, we don't know how to work. The app like you work here and you don't know how to work the subway app. Are you kidding me right now? Then they completely ignored me for like 5 minutes after I was just standing there waiting for them to make it better. They did not make it better.you figure all the

Incredibly rude service. I spent a couple minutes looking at the menu and was greeted with are you going to order? Rather than, can I help you find something on the menu. Another customer returned to the store because they had forgotten to put her cookie in the bag. I heard the same subway representative tell her, well you got to just tell us what cookie you want! I was shocked on how I and now this other customer was being treated. Will not be back, left feeling like I was inconveniencing them.

Absolutely the worst Subway I have ever been to in my life my girlfriend and I walked in and the employees were just sitting down sitting down and finally one of the employees told the other one that maybe they should get up and serve us finally when they got up they completely just destroyed the sandwich, last time I checked thats not how you make a sandwich.
