Worst service experience I’ve ever had. The manager’s attitude is disgraceful and most definitely lost a customer.

Very courteous and professional team. Thi place is well kept and clean. The food is fresh and tasty.. I get my food regularly at this location. The two ladies are amazing Joshua, the newest addition to this team, has excellent customer service skills, is professional and prepares high standard sandwiches that are delicious and healthy. Kiddos to this team!

Did not provide a free cup of water when I purchased a footlong sandwich, which they do not have to do. It's a subway, nothing terrible but nothing great.

I am a frequent customer and really liked this place at first. I order a veggie delight almost every day. I ordered my sandwich online while there because I wanted to get credit for the points. I showed them it was paid for, but they wouldn't give it to me. They said that it had not come through their system yet. I told them I was in a hurry and asked why I couldn't take the sandwich. I felt they could have given me the sandwich as a courtesy since they saw proof it was already paid for, and they see me every day. They said their internet must have been down or running slow. I had to wait 10 minutes for their system to confirm the order, which caused me to be late. They were not apologetic at all. I am saving money by bringing my lunch now. This location has refused to serve me based on my appearance, the Mexican manager lady has disrespected me many times , she has doesn't like me for no apparent reason and has found reasons to not service me based on her not liking my appearance or me as as person when why isn't my money as good as anyone else. Yesterday I go to the subway and when she see me coming she hurry and run to the back , but I see her hiding so I say are gonna make my food or are you gonna refuse to serve me then she comes back to the corner, I ask why don't u like me , she says I feel the same about you , I said I have nothing against you I'm here to buy food just like everyone else , I say yo her even your daughter witnessed you disrespecting me and she says that's it I'm not serving you , I go and why not and
