Subway

This Subway is always so short staffed. I waited for service and the Jenny was the only person working. After I got my sandwich, which she made perfectly, she ran to the bank, store left unattended due to the only one working. As she left, I kid you not 4 people came and gone in 8 minutes. Being in the service industry, I let each one know she would be back, had to run to the bank. They all acknowledged me, but stayed 30 seconds maybe, then left. How can a company build customers being so short staffed. I wouldn't wait to long knowing only 1 person is there to help for lunch hours.

I don't think I've ever had worse customer service experience in my life. The worker neveagh had so much attitude after me asking for our sandwiches a certain way(not complicated at all) ask for toppings and you could count on one hand how many were put on. If you asked for more expect one more added. I never got asked if I wanted anything else before she was folding the sandwich up my fiance didn't even get any sauce with the certain sandwich he asked for required it. I asked for extra ranch and got a drop. She would also ignore her coworkers asking her questions probably a manager it seemed. On top of the customer service the veggies did not look fresh and were very soggy and brown.

Employers are not good at customer service without rudeness and with bad altitude, especially that person in the photo, I asked for a sandwich and she did not give it to me as I asked, apart from that, I speak in a bad way and the music is right. very loud and they do not listen when they are spoken to! Came in tonight and had a wonderful experience. The young gal named nevaeh was very helpful and fast. Will be returning !

The staff refused to make fresh Coffee as there was only a half cup left from 5 hours ago. The radio was too loud, staff did not smile or talk to me but to each other. If not for convenience being in Walmart I would not return
