Subway

What kinda of a subway is this that even the manager won’t make things right ? Really should take that off your receipts if that’s not what you guys plan to follow through with I truly don’t know what happened to this subway but the 3 years we have been going here they have really just gotten more terrible and the manger really wanted nothing more then for my order to be fixed or a refund it’s crazy the MANGER is gonna say it’s not the persons fault for making a sandwich so dark but honestly I agree it’s the mangers that don’t know how to teach people to properly cook sandwiches

Today I went into the store, expecting to use my coupon. First of all, they only allow coupons on Saturday and Sunday, which is already crazy. Since we already got told we can not use our coupon we decided to use the ad on the wall, which the first employee said we could use. The ad said $6 off when you purchase 3 foot longs all day every day. However, once we went to check out, the lady said we could only get two dollars off. I asked why they had it on the wall if it’s not true and she said she wasn’t sure. If it’s not all day every day then take it off the wall.

Girl that was working was just rude why do your receipts have you will remake the sandwich or make things right if that’s not what you guys are going to do ? She burnt the sandwich not 1 time but twice and didn’t wanna remake it again or give a refund ? I think you guys need to stop hiring people that simply don’t wanna work because before this subway actually had good staff

Have not been to a subway in a few years because they had gotten so bad but after all the commercials about how much better they have gotten I decided to try again. Wish I never would have all I had was bologna on my sandwich as I ordered a cold cut combo as did my daughter and when we got home we had to put our own lunch meat on it. NEVER AGAIN

Can’t double toast a sandwich without burning it for my pregnant girlfriend simply asking for the sandwich to be cooked good enough where she can eat it because I mean I’m paying for it anyway right ?
