Subway

Every time we go to Subway in Cochran they're short of bread maybe they don't have any iced tea you normally can't get what you want. Hope someday it's a normal subway. I did observe a lot of people just grab their food and go we ate in.

So I’ve never had this issue with Subway before any Subway I went to they always make my subs the way I ask! And not the way the worker wanna make it. So I go into Cochran subway like I always do I And I order my Philly cheesesteak the way I always do it. Any Subway I go to. I want my bread very lightly toasted. Which I get my meat cooked before my bread gets toasted because I want my meat hot! The worker go ahead and tell me that he got a setting on his oven where he can Lightly toast my bread and my meat will be hot. Ain’t no way you put my bread in the oven for four seconds and my meat is hot if I could tell you to heat my meat up first, that’s what I want you to do and not do it Makes you happy. This is not your sub. You’re not the one eating it I am! Whoever the guy was tonight that

Quality of food has declined greatly since new ownership. I love subway sandwiches and am a frequent customer, however on my last visit there was a fly on the meat and the lettuce was brown and the staff was really struggling to make the orders, ie. Short staffed. Will have to go elsewhere to satisfy my subway cravings.

During my experience, the location was short staffed considering the location and size, and there were a lot of ingredients unavailable, but the staff was pleasant and made the sandwiches we asked for (despite not having what we really wanted). So I cannot blame the staff, but the experience was short lived considering its location and potential.

I tried coming back five times after subway switched owners. But each time was worse than the last. The food is awful and old. Every time something should be toasted it's cold. Even the meat was cold. The cheese still cold. Nothing is ever cooked on the sandwich. I been craving subway due to the old workers that use to be there. But the new workers are different. The sandwiches is not worth the price that subway is trying to keep. I got sick off of an sandwich and I only ate five bites. Subway has really fallen from the greatness it use to have. Very disappointed
