Subway

I just want to commend this location. This is one of the best Subways in my area. They always do an excellent job of making the subs. Last night, in particular, was an exceptional experience. I ordered subs for my family and I online. The subs were ready when the online platform advised they would be. I assume the young lady that gave our subs at pickup was the person who made the subs. She did an exceptional job last night. I was impressed with the efficiency and quality of the subs. We go to this location often. And last night was the best experience of all. I just want to say thank you so much! I have been to many locations through the years. Normally I do not do reviews often for companies. But I feel this location deserves recognition. -I bought a 6 inch chicken bacon ranch sandwich from here and I am experiencing salmonella poisoning! Wouldn’t recommend this 2.5 star rating!

i’ve went to this location many times and every time i go they’re out of something. i’ve ordered online and they get it wrong. gave this location many chances. today this blue haired girl was there with an attitude, mad face the whole time i was ordering. Prefer the Garland or Roseboro location over this location at least they have all the ingredients.

I visited the Clinton Subway location on 10/16/24 around 5:15pm and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I ordered a sandwich with the usual excitement, but when I took a bite, I was met with the unpleasant surprise of stale bread. The bread was hard and chewy, especially on the ends which completely ruined the overall taste of the sandwich. I’ve always enjoyed Subway’s fresh bread, so this was a big letdown. I mentioned it to the staff, but they didn’t seem particularly concerned or offer a replacement. In fact, one gentleman reminded another that the bread in the case is for display only. I understand that mistakes happen, but I expected better quality, especially since fresh ingredients are a big part of Subway's appeal. I hope they address this issue because I real

I want to be clear, these 5 stars are NOT for this location, because this location generally sucks. Always out of ingredients, SLOW, unorganized, etc. THESE 5 STARS ARE FOR TIM, AND SPECIFICALLY TIM. Bro remembers me as “extra mayo girl”, he is quick, lays everything out in a neat manner, makes sure you’re satisfied, and he does everything HAPPILY! Keep doing you Tim!!
